We stand behind OgreyAgent with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full โ no questions asked.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your initial subscription payment
- This is your first subscription on your account (the guarantee applies once per customer)
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email Us
Send an email to ogrey.operations@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Include Your Details
Include the email address associated with your account and the date of your subscription purchase.
Receive Confirmation
We'll confirm your refund request within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days depending on your payment method and bank. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period โ you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Cancellations outside the 30-day guarantee window do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period. Future charges will be stopped immediately upon cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial purchase
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Renewals after the initial subscription period (we send renewal reminders to prevent unwanted charges)
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
